Once you have received a contract from our weddings department, please download and fill out the credit card authorization form to confirm your booking with us. We use our best efforts to store information securely and protect it from unauthorized access. Before sending in this form, please read our General Information page to ensure that you are in compliance with Gannon’s policies. THIS PAYMENT CONFIRMS THAT YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
