Are you planning to attend?

Welcome to our fourth quarter meeting of 2019! We’re all set up, ready to go, and hope to see you there! Attendance is not required, though. Members may choose to send in a check if they can’t attend in person and your membership status will remain in good standing. Guests are always welcome and are expected to write a $100 check to the selected cause.

If you can’t attend, please mail your blank check for $100 to:

We’ll fill out the selected recipient and deliver it to the selected cause. Why can’t you just send it to the cause directly afterwards? Because we track membership payments and because we want to measure our giving impact in the community. Thank you for sending your payment to us. You can also send the blank $100 check to the meeting with a friend.

Remember, only Members can nominate a worthy cause for the group’s consideration and the member must be present to nominate. Please fill out the Commitment Form here on our website if you would like to join as a Member. Please review our FAQ if you have any questions regarding your membership or bringing guests.

Nominating a Local Cause

Only current members who are present can nominate a cause and only one nomination per member is allowed. Selected causes cannot be re-nominated for 48 months (2 years) and must be based here in Maui County. We strongly encourage you to download the form in advance so you can prepare your nomination thoughtfully and thoroughly. If your form is drawn from the bowl, you’ll be responsible for giving a 5-minute presentation explaining why you nominated this cause and then answer members’ questions about how the funds would be used.

Gannon’s Restaurant Announces Movie Under the Stars : Caddyshack

Gannon’s Restaurant in Wailea on Maui announces the first summer Movie Under the Stars as Caddyshack. The movie will air on the lower lawn on Saturday, July 29th at 8:00pm.

Admission is $7 and includes outdoor chair seating. Alcohol is not permitted in the movie area.

The Red Bar will also be serving a specialty cocktail in honor of the movie that evening, “The Golden Gopher”.
