Gannon’s is please to announce our Wailea Restaurant Week 2019 Menu offered from November 3-9, 2020.

We are serving a 3-Course $49 Prix Fixe menu. Gannon’s extensive wine and cocktail list allow many pairings for your meal.*

FIRST COURSE

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SALAD
arugula, butternut squash, feta cheese, dried cranberries, green beans, apple cider vinaigrette

“MAUI STYLE” ISLAND POKE
Molokai sweet potato chips, avocado, tobiko

ENTREE

SPICY SHRIMP LINGUINE
aged chorizo, roasted tomatoes, ghost chili butter, white wine, capers, grilled sourdough

HERB ROASTED AIRLINE CHICKEN BREAST
butternut squash puree, charred broccolini, mustard cream sauce, sweet  potato chips
