Optional Amenities for 2012

A Touch of Elegance
Add your own special touch to your wedding event. You may hire the Gannon's Coordinator to assist you with ceremony and or decor needs for both your wedding ceremony and reception. Items available for rental include the following: Any items you order from this page will have a separate invoice with the costs noted and charged direct from our wedding coordinator.
Bamboo wedding arch with organza - prices start at 250.00
3 floral arrangements for arch- prices start at 450.00
Chair sashes/Table Runners/Colors vary, inquire - prices start at 8.00 per each
Specialty table linens - prices start at 35.00 each
4.166% sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to all fees.
Wedding Day Blossoms
Bridal bouquets - prices start at 150.00
Table centerpieces - please inquire for pricing
Petal paths- prices start at 175.00 (includes petal clean-up)
Circle of Love - prices start at 175.00 (includes petal clean-up) Upgrade to Natural or White Chiavari Chairs added to ceremony or reception location -10.00 each If you have your own petals and wish to hire us for clean up, fee of 25.00 will be added to your final billing. Advance notice is appricated.
Prices will vary if specific flowers are requested. 4.166% sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to all fees.
Light Up Your Reception
Twinkle lights Lower Lawn - 300.00
Hanging paper lanterns Lower Lawn - 365.00
Hanging paper lanterns Upper Pond - 285.00
Combination full twinkle lights & lanterns Lower Lawn area - 600.00
Twinkle lights are available only for Lower Lawn events. Hanging lanterns are available both for Lower Lawn & Upper Pond events. With 30 days notice, upgrade to color lanterns add 35.00 4.166% sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to all fees.
Entertainment and Sound Support
Please refer to the entertainment section of our general info page for entertainment policies. Gannon's is able to provide the following entertainment for your wedding event:
DJs (Gannon's or your wedding coordinator must book DJs) prices start at 200.00 per hour, 4 hr min
Live entertainment - Starts at 180.00 per hour per musician Bose Sound System to run your own recorded iPod music - 300.00 Reception sound Tech and sound system for, your own pre recorded iPod, memory stick or CD music. Tech will manage your play list for you, supply quality speakers as well as music back up if needed 450.00 Tech for ceremony sound and reception both locations 525.00
4.166% sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to all fees.
Audio Video Equipment
AV equipment - available for ceremony sound & reception slideshows Starts at 600.00, cost will be determined by needs.

Gannon's also offers two basic wedding ceremony packages to simplify your wedding planning. Our Gannon's coordinator is available to assist you with your choice of booking our "Marry Me on the Knoll" package or our "Molokini Bliss" package. Let us know if you would like to pursue either of these options. Fees are in addition to ceremony location site fees. Please see Gallery No. 3 for photos of several optional amenities, such as twinkle lights, chair sashes and specialty linens. Additional photos can be found in Gallery No. 1.
